CANCELLATION/REFUND/MODIFICATION OF membership registration/Cancellation: Cancellation is not possible on the Internet. To cancel an Annual Session/workshop/Seminar Registration/publication order/membership registration the member needs to contact IRC office physically. The fees paid by the customer will be refunded electronically (as credit to the relevant credit card / account used for the transaction) after deducting cancellation charges. The cancellation charge is determined by the IRC's rules for cancellation and is based on the time of cancellation and the status of the request.
