1. DEFINITIONS
In this agreement the following words shall have the following meanings:
- Membership Registration - IRC membership which requires members to pay up annual subscription on a regular basis . Any registration request through portal will be taken up by IRC council for their review. IRC team owns up rights to reject membership request if the user doesnt have the required qualifications for becoming member of the IRC.
- AS- Annual Session.
- Weekdays - All the days of the week other than Saturday and Sunday.
- e-receipt- Users of the website will be provided with e receipt which will also be mailed across to them. These receipts number should be used for any future correspondence with IRC
- Withdrawn Codes : IRC also sells the codes and specifications which are old and not latest through portal

- Sales of publication/subscriptions/withdrawn codes.
- Prospective member will be able to register for IRC membership online. This will be a request for registration and doesn’t guarantee IRC membership.
- Annual Session Registration can be only done for IRC members.
- For sales of publications/subscriptions/withdrawn codes the guest users will have to pay the postage fees apart from the cost of books.
- For IRC members sales of publications/subscriptions/withdrawn codes will also let them enjoy the privilege of 25% discount on all the purchases provided their membership is up to date
3. GENERAL
The following terms and conditions will apply if you wish to use the IRC online portal services through the IRC website. Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may register and transact on the site. No user can register more than once on the site. Please note that once you register yourself on the IRC site, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below. If You do not agree with all these terms and conditions, you must not transact on this Website. Once you have clicked the 'I Agree' buttons at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions you have entered into a formal agreement with IRC for the purpose of transactions on this website.
If a user violates the terms and conditions of use by registering more than one user id and or purchasing publications on such multiple user ID’s, IRC reserves the right to deactivate all such user registration and cancel any or all these registrations without any notice .
IRC's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes of Govt. Of India, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of IRC's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web Site or information provided to or gathered by IRC with respect to such use. You agree that IRC may provide details of your use of the Web Site to regulators or police or to any other third party, or in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the Web Site, at IRC’s complete discretion.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and IRC with respect to this Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and IRC with respect to this Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form

DISPATCH SERVICES
Supply By Us: We agree to provide online sales facilities to registered users who agree to the terms and condition set forth in this document.
Standard of Service: We will supply the service to you with reasonable care and skill.
Service Hours: Booking through Internet is allowed from 9 AM to 7.00 PM (Indian Standard Time) on all days including Saturdays and Sundays. Service hours are liable to be changed without prior notice.
Issue of Publication/Annual Session/Member User Registration: You must be a registered user to use our site to purchase publication and register for annual session. All payments towards the transaction will be through one of the payment mode provided on the payment page. Our site is secured and your credit card details will travel on the Internet in a fully encrypted form. To ensure security, your card details are NOT stored in our Website.
Scope of Service: IRC makes no guarantee that any service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
If, for any reason, the reservation does not materialise, the entire amount debited from your card account will be credited back to your card account. If you want to try for the registration again, it will be treated as a fresh request.
Non Delivery of publications: If the postal department is unable to deliver the publications– due to nobody being available at the address or proof of identity as indicated above not being produced. The customer is required to call the post office and collect their delivery.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS
General Obligations: You shall access our web site only for lawful purposes and you shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in connection with the use of our web site. Termination
Our Termination Rights: We may at any time at our sole discretion and without giving any reason or any prior notice terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of the web site.
Governing Law:
Indian Law and the courts of New Delhi, India govern This agreement and your use of the web site. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Delhi, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the IRC Sites/Services. Use of the IRC Sites/Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement including any document referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us and you in respect of your use of this service.
Third Party Rights: Nothing in this Agreement shall be taken as granting any rights expressly or implicitly whether contractual or statutory to persons other than you or us.
Website Contents: All content and software (if any) that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the IRC Sites/Services, excluding content and/or software that may be made available by end-users through a Communication Service, ("Software") is owned by and is the copyrighted work of IRC and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement").
