Mitchell Medal
This Medal is awarded for an exceptionally good paper published in Journal of the Indian Roads Congress and discussed at the Annual Session. This medal has been instituted to perpetuate Sir Kenneth Mitchell's connection with the Indian Roads Congress. This is the highest award given by IRC. |
